Sustainable high performance for people who can’t afford to slow down.
Executive and performance coaching for high-capacity professionals operating under sustained pressure. Virtual, nationwide.
You’re not underperforming. You’re running on empty.
You are good at what you do. You have built a career on being the person who delivers, who absorbs more, who keeps producing when the tank reads zero. From the outside it looks handled. Inside, the cost has been compounding for a while, and the standard advice, to push harder and manage your time better, stopped working a long time ago.
That gap, between performing capability and actually having capacity, is where this work lives.
Awareness before action.
Most of what isn’t working is running on systems you have never fully examined. Strategies you adopted years ago. Moves you no longer register as choices. The work starts by getting clear on what is actually in motion, and then the changes you make have somewhere to land.
The work is built as a partnership. You already bring the capability and the resourcefulness. What changes is what you can see, and what you decide to design from there. This is coaching, not therapy or consulting, and when something falls outside that scope, Luke says so and points you to the right kind of help.
He coaches from inside the experience he describes.
Luke Angus is an executive and performance coach credentialed at the PCC level by the International Coaching Federation, with specialized certification in coaching high performers whose attention and energy run hard. Before building his practice, he spent two decades leading teams and speaking to live audiences weekly, including building and coaching a team that surpassed $1.5M in revenue and securing a multi-year strategic partnership. He is part of the teaching team in an ICF-accredited coach training program, supporting other coaches toward their credentials.
He has spent a career around high-capacity people under pressure, including his own stretches of it, and the work reflects that proximity rather than a textbook.
